Common Uses: Respiratory conditions such as colds, bronchitis, coughs - general respiratory congestion that's wet in nature. Also used for bladder and urinary infections through sitz baths. Also for cellulite and water retention. Used to keep moths away from clothing. 

Emotional/Psychological Uses: Grounding, centering, soothing

Cosmetic/Skin Uses: Useful in hair oils as a treatment for dandruff and hair loss. Cedarwood creates a smokey, tobacco-like note in perfume.

Blends Well With: Lavender, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Vetiver, Rosemary, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang, Orange, Lemon. 

Try It: For a relaxing, restorative bath try: Cedarwood, Black Spruce, Scotch Pine, Fir, Lemon and Ylang Ylang. Combine with Grapefruit and Geranium Rose for a dry brush or salt scrub cellulite treatment. 

Best Ways to Use: Bath, beard oil, hair or scalp oil, bug repellent (moths, ticks & fleas), dry brush and steam inhalant
