Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We’ll always do our best to pack your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

    • Free parking is available behind the store, call or email us for directions

Need it delivered? $15 flat rate shipping. Select Standard Shipping at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping option will be sent Canada Post Expedited Parcel or equivalent. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to rural and remote postal codes.

    Shipping Methods

    Currently, we only ship within Canada, via Canada Post. For international orders, please contact us by email or phone. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post is experiencing delays.

    All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking information. Depending on your location (i.e. proximity to Toronto, ON), here are the estimated delivery dates from the date of fulfilment:

      • In-Store Pick Up: as soon as your order is ready! We'll let you know.
      • Free & Standard Shipping: 2 - 10 business days. Delivery may be delayed because of COVID-19, please check your tracking details.
